This is comprehensive care: acupuncture, dry needling, manual orthopedica bodywork, and personalized protocols. All in one session. I stay with you the entire time.
What's Included:
Assessment
We figure out what's actually wrong. Not just where it hurts. Movement evaluation, palpation, orthopedic testing, Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment. We identify root causes, not just symptoms.
Treatment
Acupuncture (local, adjacent, distal points), dry needling for trigger points, fascial release, cupping, gua sha, joint mobilization. Whatever your body needs. Multiple modalities working together create better results than any single approach.
Protocol
Reassessment, self care instructions, home exercises, recovery plan. You leave knowing exactly what to do between sessions. No guesswork.

Assessment phase: Discuss goals, evaluate movement, identify contributing factors. We figure out the actual problem.
Treatment phase: Integrated care using multiple approaches tailored to your specific needs. You experience what comprehensive treatment actually feels like.

Acupuncture

Focused acupuncture treatment for those who primarily need needle therapy. Sessions concentrate on acupuncture point selection, and may include cupping or gua sha as needed.

Why I Stay In The Room
Most practices rotate between treatment rooms to see multiple patients per hour. Insert needles, set timer, move to next patient. You lie there alone wondering if anything is actually happening.
I stay in the room. The entire session.
This allows for real time assessment as your body responds. I can adapt techniques based on what's working in the moment. You can ask questions as they come up. We discuss what's helping, what's not, and why.

Fees
Precision: $185 per session
Acupuncture: $95 per session (insurance may reimburse a portion)
Payment is provided at time of service.
We provide superbills for acupuncture sessions that you can submit to insurance for potential reimbursement from your insurance.
