Dr. Brent Garcia, DACM, L.Ac., LMT

I played soccer competitively from age six through my late twenties. After ACL surgery in college and years of chronic Achilles issues, doctors told me I'd just have to "manage it."

That wasn't acceptable.

So I went down the rabbit hole of recovery medicine: acupuncture, bodywork, sports rehab. Actually figured it out. Went from limping after games to running without pain. Today I feel better than I did in my twenties.

That's when I realized most get terrible advice about pain and performance. "Rest it." "Ice it." "Just take ibuprofen." Nobody's solving the actual problem. Nobody's helping you optimize.

So I became the practitioner I needed back then.

Why One Patient Per Hour Matters

Most acupuncture practices prioritize volume. See 2 or 3 patients per hour, rotate between treatment rooms. Insert needles, set a timer, move to the next room. Efficient for revenue. Terrible for outcomes.

I do the opposite: One patient. One hour. Full attention.

This means:

Time to assess properly. Not just where it hurts, but why it hurts. Movement patterns, compensations, contributing factors. We find the root cause.

Multiple approaches in one session. Acupuncture, dry needling, manual therapy, movement analysis. Whatever your body needs, we use it. No need to bounce between different practitioners.

Real time adjustments. As your body responds, I adapt. No generic protocols. What works for you today might be different than last week.

Education that empowers. You understand what's happening and why. You leave with a plan you can execute. You're not dependent on endless appointments.

You're not a body part on a treatment table. You're someone with goals. Precision care helps you achieve them.

Who I Work Best With

My best patients are those who:

Take their health seriously but don't have time for endless appointments. You want efficient, effective solutions.

Want to understand what's actually wrong, not just get a quick fix. You value expertise and education.

Are willing to invest in comprehensive care because you know cheap solutions rarely work. You prioritize results over price.

Refuse to accept "just live with it" as an answer. You expect more from your body and your healthcare.

Have goals beyond pain management. You're optimizing. Peak performance. Better recovery. More capacity. You're not settling for "good enough."

Whether you're an engineer with chronic neck pain, a CEO who needs to maintain peak performance, an athlete optimizing recovery, or a business owner who can't afford to be sidelined, Precision care meets you where you are.
